Sign The Petition for Equal Rights for Idaho's Crime Victims

Will you sign?

Every day, across our country people suffer at the hands of criminals. Then they suffer again – as victims, thrust into the complex judicial system and forced to navigate an unfamiliar court process.

In 1994, Idahoans voted overwhelmingly to add victims’ rights to our state constitution. In the over 20 years that have since passed, a lot has changed and the time has come to update victims’ rights in Idaho.

Marsy’s Law proposes an Amendment to the Idaho Constitution securing permanent, enforceable rights of victims, but we need your help to move forward. Sign your name to support equal rights for crime victims and ask members of the State Legislature to allow the people of Idaho the opportunity to vote on Marsy's Law.
